RENTAL GEAR

Renting from us is a fairly simple process. Start by choosing a pick up and drop off date, and then browse our inventory to see what we have available. Add items to your cart as you go for an estimate of the rental cost, and then check out at the end to submit your rental request for approval. Once submitted, we will get back to you asap to approve or adjust your rental as needed. Once approved, we will just need a Rental Agreement and COI from you for the rental, unless we already have those on file for you.

The only insurance coverage you need to rent gear from us is rented equipment coverage in the amount of the value of whatever you are planning to rent. Also known as an inland marine insurance policy, rented equipment coverage is industry standard and can be obtained from various providers. Feel free to reach out if you need any recommendations on where to get coverage. Be sure that the COI you send us shows the rented equipment coverage on it, otherwise we will have no way to verify that you have that coverage.

Yes! We rent everything on a 3-day-week, so any time you rent equipment for 3-7 days, you will only get billed for a 3-day rental. If you end up needing for a month or longer, we will give you a week for free for each month of your rental. Note: These discounts may not show up on your rental request, but rest assured we will adjust the quote before we approve your rental request, so that you know exactly how much your order will cost.
